# How To Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon if using.
04 - Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just blended; avoid overmixing.
05 - Fold in nuts and/or chocolate chips if desired.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the surface evenly.
07 - Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with few moist crumbs.
08 - Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely prior to slicing.
